Every number, defined once
The reason two reports disagree is rarely a bug. It's that "revenue" or "active customer" or "on time" means something slightly different in each system. We agree one definition for every measure, write it down, and build it into the model, so finance, operations and the board are reading the same number, and anyone can see how it was calculated.
