Every number, defined once
The reason two reports disagree is rarely a bug. It's that "revenue" or "active customer" or "on time" means something slightly different in each system. What does it cost?
We don't bill hourly for delivery and nothing is built without a scope both sides have signed. After the call, a Discovery establishes what's actually required and you receive a written proposal with a fixed price.
How long does it take?
The Discovery takes about two weeks. What follows depends on how many systems are involved and how clean they are; two sources and ten sources are different jobs, so Discovery sets the schedule and the price for the build. Larger projects always start with it. Builds are delivered in phases, so you see something working early regardless of total length.
Do we need Fabric already?
No. Many clients start with Power BI Pro or nothing. Part of Discovery is working out what licensing you actually need, which is often less than you'd be sold. If you bought Fabric capacity and stalled, that's a common and useful starting point.
Do you work with our IT team?
Yes, and it usually works better that way. We hand the modelling and governance layer over as it's built, and if you have a Power BI developer we can set the architecture and standards and let them deliver against it.
What if you're not available later?
Everything is built so you aren't dependent on us: definitions under Git version control, design documented in writing, your team trained to run and extend it. Your reporting doesn't live on a consultant's laptop.
